    Yes! Grow and Scale are built for business owners. Many business owners feel stuck or overwhelmed. If you already have a business, we'll focus on scaling, your automation setup by VALDA AI and VA support, 10 hours a week, so you can free your time and grow with strategy.

    Most coaching programs stop at calls and inspiration. This one is hands-on and implementation-focused. You don't just get strategy. You get your trademark application handled by Sayadi Law, SL, VA support (10 hours a week) and your website set up (or rebuilt, in Grow and Scale) by VALDA AI. Grow and Scale also include an automation setup by VALDA AI. The trademark and legal work is carried out by Sayadi Law, SL, in collaboration with Roya Sayadi Coaching.

    Expect 3-5 hours per week between group calls, 1:1 coaching, and implementing action steps. With VA support, 10 hours a week, part of the work can be delegated.

    There are three programs, so you can start where you are. Each one can be paid monthly or upfront. The details are shared in your program guide and on your fit call. If you're serious about building a business, this program is an investment, not a cost.

    Yes. Unlike many large programs, each program is limited to only 5 entrepreneurs, starting 7 April 2027. You'll get 1:1 calls directly with me every month (two a month in Grow and Scale), plus weekly group calls where I guide and support you personally.

    This program is designed to have your business running smoothly by the end, with a clear growth strategy and VA support during the 12 months. After the 12 months, you'll have the option to move on to the next program (Start, then Grow, then Scale) and keep working with me.
